40+ years of working hard enough as a "clever-enough" big brand advertising creative director making award-winning TV and radio campaigns, videos, print campaigns, writing and producing songs, writing unsold screen entertainment, playing saxophones, operating some big cameras, drawing some little cartoons and starting brilliant non-profit, non-starters.

I've been lucky to work with legendary artists, though personal stardom eludes me, as does the real genius and associated obsessive behavior. I am happy being a good father, husband, friend, band-mate and a clever enough "arrant knave," as Hamlet would say.
